Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your reservation time. If you are unable to arrive on time or keep your reservation, please notify Whiskers at least 2 hours in advance.
To ensure that you receive the best possible haircut, shave, beard trim, and customer service, Whiskers has allocated the necessary time to complete each service. Arriving on time, insures Whiskers has the appropriate time to comfortably complete your requested services. Regretfully, if a client arrives 10 minutes late, the services requested may be reduced or Whiskers will make every attempt to reschedule the same day.
Whiskers doesn’t charge a fee for No Shows but after 2 reservations have been “No Showed” the client will be unable to book future reservations ahead of time but, Whiskers would welcome you as a walk in client (when our schedule allows for a walk in). Our team will continue to provide courtesy confirmations in advance but ultimately, it remains our client’s responsibility to keep their reservation times and notify Whiskers with conflicts or changes to your contact information on file.
