Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your reservation time. If you are unable to arrive on time or keep your reservation, please notify Whiskers at least 2 hours in advance.
To ensure that you receive the best possible haircut, shave, beard trim, and customer service, Whiskers has allocated the necessary time to complete each service. Arriving on time, insures Whiskers has the appropriate time to comfortably complete your requested services. Regretfully, if a client arrives 10 minutes late, the services requested may be reduced or Whiskers will make every attempt to reschedule the same day.
Whiskers doesn’t charge a fee for "No Shows" but after two (2) reservations have been “No Showed” the client will be required to prepay for future services. Automated courtesy reservations reminders are sent in advance but ultimately, it remains our client's responsibility to keep their reservation times and notify Whiskers within two (2) hours of the reservation time when a conflict occurs or for changes to their contact information on file.
