Whiskers require a 4-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel an appointment will be considered a “no-show,” and see the “no-show” policy for explanation and rules.
To ensure that you receive the best possible service, Whiskers has allocated the necessary time to complete each service. Arriving on time ensures Whiskers has the needed time to complete your requested services. Regretfully, if a client arrives 10 minutes late, the service requested may be changed or canceled. Your service provider will determine if there is enough time remaining to complete the booked service to our standards. Two “late” appointments will be considered a“no-show.” See “no-show” policy for explanation and rules.
If a client has two (2) “no-shows,” prepayment will be required for the next appointment and a credit card on file. The card on file will be charged 100% for any future “no-show” appointments.
