Cancellations, No-Show, & Late Policy
Due to our high demand and popularity, we have these policies in place to accommodate our valued clients as efficiently and effectively as possible, given the limited number of available appointments per week.
Cancellation & NO-SHOW Policy
We require a 4-hour advance notice of cancellation. The online booking system will allow you to cancel your appointment up to the 4-hour cut-off. Plus, you can call our shop at 256-325-8746 Ext 1 for assistance or leave a message (the message will have a time stamp). Failure to cancel your appointment will result in a NO-SHOW. In addition, the 4-hour notice allows us to fill that appointment time with another client from our "wait" list.
After the 1st NO-SHOW, online booking privileges require a credit card; following the 2nd NO-SHOW, a credit card on file will be required to guarantee payment in the event of another NO-SHOW. Charges of 100% of the service value for any NO-SHOW thereafter. If you do not wish to put a credit card on file, you can prepay when you make your reservation with our staff.
In unforeseen circumstances, we cancel your reservation; we offer a discount on your next service at check out. Please show text at check out.
Late Policy
Late appointments will only be given 10 minutes after their scheduled time to show; after 10 minutes, we may not be able to provide the service requested, and the NO-SHOW policy will apply.
